Our hot rock grill cooks at a high temperature on a volcanic rock which itself has been heated to 440 degrees C/824 degrees F in our specially designed and purpose-built oven. The hot rock is one of the healthiest ways to cook, the intense heat alone is used without the need for any oils or fats to be added.

We’re proud of our Sussex heritage at The Nevill of Hove, and we know that nothing beats a traditional Sussex Ploughman’s. Locally sourced organic meats and cheeses with an accompaniment of fresh bread, pickles and salad.

Best roast I’ve ever had!
Came in today for a roast with family and was blown away, the portion size was amazing, and the pork belly I had just fell apart in my mouth! Nothing bad to say at all lovely place, all very friendly and Sean the barman was great rushing around busy keeping everyone happy! Most definitely returning.
Roast Sunday Lunch.
I’ve travelled miles to find a perfect Sunday lunch and found it on my doorstep at The Nevill Pub. Absolutely fantastic 10/10, 2 weeks running. Group of 7 of us, fabulous belly pork, beef & chicken, veg and roast potatoes. All of us were highly delighted.
Sunday Lunch.
We went there for a family roast, and I had a delicious lamb shank, my husband, brother and father had roast beef, my mum had veggie roast. All were delicious. Gravy couldn’t be any better, crunchy potatoes, very big Yorkshire puddings, served by lovely Sam. Feel like you are at home, but you don’t have to do the washing up!
Highly recommended.
